Chef Shanna has served thousands of DC’s most discerning palates through her years in the restaurant business in such award winning restaurants as Butterfield 9 (Voted one of the "100 Best Restaurants in the World", Conde Nast Traveler); Maestro at the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson’s Corner (Four Star Mobile Rating; 4 Star Washingtonian) and Restaurant Eve (3.5/4 Stars Washington Post).
She is also a member in good standing of the American Personal Chef Association and the DC Metro Area Local Exchange Coordinator for the Women Chefs’ & Restaurateurs’.
