Recipe: Vanilla Cherry Ice Cream

Vanilla Cherry Ice Cream
  • 2 vanilla beans, split
  • 4 Tablespoons of fine quality vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of creme
  • 5 large egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup of granulated white sugar
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 c. simple syrup (1:1)
